It's double dipping. She gets to have the attention of men (and thus twitch money) while also getting to play victim. I guess it's some kind of cognitive dissonance reduction where she can appeal to the male gaze to get money without any of the guilt.

what's confusing about it? The issue is consent. Just because a woman dresses a certain way, it doesnt mean that it's an invitation for someone to make comments about her body. Also, men will sexualize women regardless of what they wear. Guys will still talk about a woman's tits even if they're completely covered. Guys will still talk about fucking women and make ai porn of them even if they never show skin.
