I noticed they very recently stopped following each other again, so they probably broke up. And she also very recently started following Girthmasterr again, and they both mutually liked each other's latest posts. Assuming she doesn't get back in another relationship very soon, I have a feeling her and Girthmasterr will collab some time in the next 3months
