no he's not. we don't even know where the videos were taken. If you just post it to your local police they won't know what to do with it.

He's totally capable of giving it a shot. I'm trying to say that he shouldn't wait for a bunch of dudes to give him a thumbs-up with their free hands if he wants to take this on (and good you weirdbarto for wanting to).

But you're definitely right, just going to the nearest station and showing a dumb beat cop your laptop with porn up isn't gonna get results, even if that'd make for a fascinating local news story. I'm entirely unqualified to offer productive guidance of my own, though, and hopefully dude finds or gets some actionable advice.
