Not sure if you meant to quote me but I'm not defending her at all, I think it's dumb she gets to do all that and it just goes back to the default shared custody with possibly erobb paying her fees. She caved so completely at this final month and I figure that must be the deal she finally agreed to.
nah I know you weren’t defending her, I was adding to what you said. she’s completely in the wrong in my opinion.
There is no way this case was dead on arrival I believe something made britt cave and settle I dont see how she would have terrible standing as the mother
as someone who empathizes a lot with Britt, she did kinda kidnap his daughter away from him, if that wasn't enough to kill her case, maybe erobb just outlasted her moneywise.
if you look up how tx courts decide where a child should reside, a big factor is where the child has been living for the past six months before the filing of a custody case. tx follows the child home state rule. her goal was for her and her daughter to live in ky while also having full custody. she was never going to win based on this rule. I’m assuming britt was thinking erobb was going to cave at some point and move to ky but it backfired. that would explain trying to drag the case.
also didn’t do her any favors limiting erobb from seeing his daughter. britt couldn’t have played this any worse.
