Shower thought that I had. When I see other cosplayers that does the same type of erotic cosplay as Aqua. They all have very very similar faces and features. I mean, if you compare pictures side by side with another of those lewd cosplayers with someone who doesn't know any of them, they'd probably think they are the same person. Which lead to the thought that most of these lewd cosplayers must have some degree of plastic surgery around their faces.
I say this because I was watching some Korean-idol show. If you also look at Kpop-idols and you may also question why these Korean idols have similar looks. That's because since in Korea plastic surgery very common. Hence, it explains why some kpop idols look alike or have similar features.
That said applies to Aqua and other lewd cosplayers probably. Just a shower thought.

Plastic surgery is a 'probably'. What 'definitely' is that it is how chinese cosplayers do their makeup style. It's funny how 'progressive woke' women are all about diversity, but to appeal to men women, even the western/non-oriental cosplayers are now aiming for a homogenic look: those doll-like aesthetics you see in chinese cosplayers.
