using nano banana you can make the person lay on a bed easily and simple. i highly recommend using vertical photos as it gives you more coverage and shows more for what we're going to be generating. no pasties because you can potentially get random nip slips from this!

You have any prompts that work for the girl fondling/groping the guy over/under his pants? I've used "medically check his genitals for lumps" (lol) but it works with limited success.
